Your order will be dispatched via UK courier.  Full tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch.  If you have any specific delivery requirements ie leave with a neighbour please inform us at the time of placing your order.

We currently only ship to mainland UK at a standard rate of £3.20

 

Free delivery for orders £50 and above.

Our packaging, cards, envelopes, postcards, boxes and gift tags are

recycled or recyclable.

Our garments are gift wrapped in a reusable, sustainable jute bag as an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic or paper.

I offer a 'made to order' service.

 

Each piece is made in my studio in Somerset and it does take a little time.

 

Please allow 3-7 working days for dispatch, however, during busy times  including Mother's Day, Easter, Father's Day & Christmas please allow

5-10 working days.

 

​You will be fully informed through out the process of dispatch. 

 

Whilst I cannot guarantee a minimum time for delivery I can promise that every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds for  unwanted goods. 

 

We strongly advise you consider requesting a yarn sample prior to ordering if you are uncertain of the colour. 

 

We are more than happy, in the extremely rare case, to refund any products that you are not totally satisfied with.

Please make sure any returns are in new, unused condition and in

their original packaging. 

If you need to return an item please contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order.
