Our Award winning women's British Blue Faced Leicester wool scarf is lovingly made by hand using traditional methods and bamboo knitting needles.  This chunky knit scarf is created from yarn sourced from a Yorkshire mill who work very closely with local sheep farmers to provide this beautiful naturally dyed wool. 
 
The breed of sheep we choose to work with is the Blue Faced Leicester due to its texture,  fine and dense with a good lustre (how much it reflects light and therefore shines). Often compaired to mohair the Blue Faced Leicester wool  is superb quality extremely soft and regarded as one of the finest in Britain. Great for the environment, great for British farming and great for your conscience .
 
No need to worry about styling this scarf as it has been careful sewn in place, just pop it on and you're ready to go. The high neck creates maximum warmth. A stylish addition to your wardrobe.
